Install the software on your own reader over USB. Choose your exact device, connect with a data cable, and keep it plugged in until the write finishes.

Back up your stock firmware first. Use a data-capable pogo-pin adapter for your reader. The X3 needs to be awake. If connection fails on an S3, hold the left page key and tap the Reset pinhole, then release the key.
